Our team is planning a project that aims to host an environmentally responsible picnic event in a park, bringing together 15 attendees consisting of leaders from the Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society. The event will celebrate Earth Day and emphasize the importance of environmental conservation, using only recyclable and biodegradable materials and serving organic food. The project will include planning and preparation, procurement of supplies, setup, event, and cleanup. The main objective is the celebration of Earth Day and the promotion of environmental conservation. The picnic event serves as an opportunity to reinforce the importance of protecting and preserving the environment and provides a platform to raise awareness and build a community of individuals committed to environmental conservation.
