As a reminder, you have been assigned to be the a PRME Project Manager who will be organizing an event to demonstrate one of the UN's $17$ Sustainable Development Goals $($SDGs$).$ For more information about this project and the Group Assignment, see: Group Assignment Description.

Directions

For this assignment, you will update or develop the following documents for your event:

Project Charter $($PC sheet$)-$ you will resubmit your Project Charter based on your feedback from last week's assignment

Stakeholder Register $($SHR sheet$)$

Each of these documents will be created using an Excel$-$based tool called GanttUP. It is imperative that each of the following instructional videos are viewed in order to fully understand how to use GanttUP.

Please note $-$ if you are asked to Enable Macros, please reply 'yes' in order to GanttUP to function properly.

Please note:

When using GanttUP, it is vital that you only use the desktop version of Excel. Do NOT use online Excel. Many of the formulas will not work if you use online Excel.

Project Charter Requirements:

ensure all fields are completed

the event will take place during the current school term

in addition to the Project Sponsor and Project Manager, list at least two additional key project stakeholders

ensure all milestones are entered
