Instructions:

For this discussion, review your readings for Module 3.0 and study Figure 9.26. You must complete your post before you can see what other students have posted.

  1. Make note of the data displayed in your College Physics: Chapter 9> Section 9.6>figure 9.26.
  2. Assume it is accurate to three significant figures.
  3. Using the data displayed in the figure, compare the force in Figure 9.26 to the weight of the forearm plus its load.
  4. Make a second calculation, this time of the force the biceps muscle is exerting. Compare that to the weight supported
  5. Conclude by saying what you learned from this exercise.
