In a nutshell, CST argues for creating enriched jobs for employees. In this class we argue that enrichment increases with increases in a job's Mastery, Autonomy, and Purpose (MAP). In this assignment you'll create an initiative to increase the level of MAP in some organization where one of the group members currently works (or has recently previously worked). The ideal outcome is for you to develop a plan you are confident in presenting to your organization's management.
