*Please note: A definition adds MEANING to a term. It sets boundaries and limits so that we understand what belongs to it and by implication what does not. As such, simply saying that the definition of a Learning Organisation is an Organisation that learns would be given zero as the response fails to add meaning but rather simply repeats the term. Be careful that this does not become a trap for you.
