PART B GAPS Analysis You will conduct a GAPS Analysis which identifies and determines the following: Goals - identify for your career goals (at least 3 must be identified) Abilities - identify your strengths and development needs to the career goals Perceptions - determine how your peers/colleagues perceive your behaviour at work/school Standards Analysis - using SWOT analysis, demonstrate your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to your career goal (See notes for template location)
