Preparation:Research the decision in Maiden Civil (P&E) Pty Ltd v Queensland Excavation Services Pty Ltd & Ors [2013] NSWSC 852 and the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth). Do not consider any other legislation [e.g. Sale of Goods, ACL, etc.].
