The topic of this report is Calibration Procedures You will need to use your previously developed calibration report and expand on reasons for doing the calibration and the reasons of keeping records of this calibration. You will need to describe calibration procedures followed and the benefits of keeping the calibration up to date. Use the internet to obtain relevant data and records these in your reference list.

1. Review the following techniques and guidelines for report writing and use them as suggestions when writing your report:

a. Structure your report: i. Introduction Brief introduction to the broad topic and clearly specify the aim of the report. The aim of the report needs to be something youre trying to prove to the audience. ii. Three (3) Body Sections Choose three (3) subtopics for the report that will help you accomplish the aim of the report and provide one (1) body section on each that will contain all substantial information, data, calculations and graphs etc. iii. Conclusion Brief overview of the report summarising what was found. iv. Reference list Contains all your sources of information arranged in order of the date you accessed the information. Provide each source in the following format Title of source, web address of source, date accessed.

b. Use either Times New Roman, Calibri or Century Gothic font

c. Use size 14 font for your titles and size 11 font for body text. d. Insert a header that contains your name and the title of your report.
