-You will each take turns playing the role of the Manager and explain how to use the standard templates you created to the other two students who will play the roles of team leaders.

-You can will be given one template by the Assessor to train the team leaders on from the following:

Standard template for BizOps policies and procedures

Standard template for BizOps Position Descriptions

Standard template for Sales Reports

-You will use the training presentation you developed in Task seven.

-Your assessor will complete the Observation Checklist to record your communication and interaction skills during each roleplay, including when you are playing the role of team leader being trained.

-It is expected that each role play will take approximately 20 minutes.

Please ensure you review the Observation Checklist before you commence your training session so that you are fully prepared and know exactly what is expected of you.

Please submit the completed Observation Checklist as evidence of this task.

At the completion of the role plays, both the student and the assessor are required to sign and date the Observation Checklist, verifying that they acknowledge the outcome for this assessment task and have been provided with feedback from the assessor
