Do this by supporting at least two (2) colleagues and helping them to complete a task at work. Ideally, find two colleagues who are junior to you and would benefit from your experience as you assist them. You need to show evidence of how you have supported your colleagues to complete a task. For example, you could submit a video recording of your helping them, send email screenshots or other online collaborative work. Note that you are not to do a task for a colleague but rather to support them and work together. For those who do not have access to a workplace, see Appendix A - Scenario 1. You will need to find at least two (2) participants who are able to simulate a workplace environment and act as your team members. Explain to the participants what they need to do
