PartA Sony is a research historian. His main interests lie in studying prehistoric societies. In one of his research trips to an island, he discovered a rare piece of stone with some calligraphic impressions on it. Further analysis revealed that it dated back to over 5,000 years. Exploration Marine has salvaged so many ships in the last 25 years of its operation. It uses sophisticated satellite data and unmanned robots to probe the depth of the ocean oor in salvage operations. In one of its routine training exercises, it located and salvaged a cargo ship in the Atlantic. The ship sunk 500 years ago. Future Insurance Company, based in Dubai, has led an action in court, claiming the ownership of the sunken ship and its cargo. The claim was based on the fact that the ship had been insured with it and Future Insurance Company has long compensated the shipowners. Advise Exploration Marine on its rights. (10 marks)
