Shortly afterwards, Matt decided to seek a job overseas, so he assigned the lease with the landlord's permission to Sabine. Sabine dislikes the bungalow and has not paid any rent. She started a fashion business from the bungalow a few months ago. Recently, her equipment collapsed and there was some damage in the lounge area, but Sabine has not repaired it.
