Pembelani is employed as a Junior Construction Manager at Umsebenzi Construction (Pty) Ltd. Pembelani's contract of employment contains the following conditions of employment: a) The employee is required to report for work on site from Monday to Saturday from 07:00 am to 18:00 pm; b) The employee is entitled to 25 days' annual leave in a leave cycle; c) The employee is entitled to 30 days' sick leave in a three-year leave cycle; and d) The employee is entitled to 3 consecutive days of parental leave upon the birth of their child.
