"Pico Fermi Bagels" is a computer number guessing game. The program will randomly choose a string of three digits $($from $\text{'}0\text{'}$ to $\text{'}9\text{'})$ that has no repeats. It will then repeatedly ask you to guess the number. For each digit that you guess correctly and in the correct position, the word "Fermi!" is output to the terminal. For each digit that you guess correctly but in the wrong position, the word "Pico!" is output. If your guess contains no matches at all to the chosen string, the program outputs the word "Bagels!" The program should not accept guesses that have a repeated digit, but if you make a guess like that, it will count towards your guess count. The game is over when you correctly guess the string of digits, and the program outputs "Fermi! Fermi! Fermi!", and reports how many guesses it took you. At the beginning of the program, output the instructions to the user.
