Please a written report based on the following scenario. In the report, outline your investigation process, who you would talk to and a summary of likely questions, and any other information you would likely gather.

Scenario:

You just met with a student, a junior in the EECS department. Alyssa P. Hacker was at a party with two friends, Ben and Jane, about 3 months ago in a dorm. She drank a couple of cups of the house punch, and a few other cocktails made in the bathroom (as is typical of dorm parties, to bartend in the bathrooms). At one point, Jane went to get another drink and brought one back for Alyssa. Alyssa can't remember how much she had to drink, and doesn't know what was in the punch. She woke up the next day in bed next to Frank, a guy who lives on her floor. She can't remember how she got to his room or what followed.

Frank avoided her like the plague the following two months after the incident, and then a month ago started contacting her about random things. Last week he asked her to go to a party with him at which point Alyssa turned and walked away, unsure about how to respond. She told her friend, Ben Bitdiddle last week who urged her to seek professional help. She's nervous about others finding out on her floor but as her grades have started to reflect her inability to focus on anything other than the incident, she figures it's time to take action. She then came and spoke with you.

Following your conversation with Alyssa, her father contacted you demanding to know what the school is doing to punish the boy who raped his daughter.
