There are TWO (2) questions in this section. Read the following case-study carefully and answer ALL questions. Elya and her group members are interested to examine the level of organizational commitment among support staff of public sectors in Putrajaya. Based on the population frame obtained from the Human Resource Department, a total of 400 support staff has been determined as participants of this study. Initial search of relevant academic articles from both local and international sources, it is indicated that work climate is one of the significant factors which determines employees' commitment towards their organizations. This is proven in Emran's (2018) study on managers in manufacturing companies which revealed that there was a positive relationship between work climate and organizational commitment. Thus, previous researchers further noted results of their studies revealed that employees demonstrated high level of commitment towards the organization if an encouraging work culture exists in the workplace (Henderson, Wong & Hassan, 2020). Similarly, a study conducted by Ehsan (2021) among employees identified that support from the management in enhancing work culture had a great impact on loyalty and commitment towards their organization. Furthermore, Sandra (2019) examined that peers' influence is another factor which can provide a significant relationship in determining organizational commitment. It was indicated in her study that individuals' behaviour can easily be affected by peers in the workplace. This is further mentioned by Adlin (2020) who believed that individuals are commonly making decisions based on peers' opinion or suggestions. He argued that employees interact among themselves on a regular basis and there is a great tendency that they can influence each other in making decisions. Therefore, Elya's group assumed that the variables discussed in the abovementioned literature reviews are related to their research title. Based on the above scenario, answer the following questions QUESTION 2 a) Briefly describe an appropriate type of research to be conducted by Elya's group and justify your answer. b) State and explain a relevant method of collecting data and sampling technique of a study to be conducted by Elya's group
