1) After completing this course, how has your perception of auditing changed? Would you be interested in auditing as a career? Why or why not?

2) A distinguishing characteristic of a profession is that is has its own code of ethics. As a senior, you will soon be joining such a profession. Please define ethics in your own words and discuss your personal ethics. (What does it mean to be ethical? Do you have a personal code of ethics? Etc.) Do you think ethics are important in accounting? Why or why not? What is your opinion of the AICPAs Code of Professional Conduct? How do you think your personal ethics will carry over into your professional ethics? Will they be one and the same or will they differ?
