You have just been promoted to Project Manager for the Health Information Systems department at the Hospital for Special Injuries. You have been working at the hospital for 4 years as an IT workflow analyst in their hospital billing department. Training for each department is expected to take only 2 full days and the offices will be closed to patients during this time. John will be the lead workflow specials who will configure the departmental patient chart(s) forms. Marybeth will act as the lead medical consultant who will perform all the QA testing. Lastly, Frank will be the database admin who will load the necessary treatment codes, users and user permissions and current patient data. The module integration with the billing system needs to take place first and is expected to take 8 days to be complete.
