Please assist me in creating a sales forecast and other targets for Jamie's Italian restaurants in the United Kingdom as well as for his products he sells like his cookbooks and his branded cutlery, bakeware, braai's, kitchen gear, equipment and tools. This is an important aspect and must be realistic in setting forecast and other targets

a) You need to ascertain the size of the markets,

b) the growth rate and the areas they will operate.

c) Include sale forecast (monthly sales for first year & quarterly sales for next two years)

and include anticipated market share aims

d) the seasons that the product and services will be in demand for consumers and how the change in demand can might impact cash flow

22 of 25 of the UK restaurants of Jamie Olivers (Jamie's Italian) have closed down but in my project my goal is to re-open in the 2025 and I am developing a business and marketing plan for goals to reach over the next three years. So keep in mind that I have chosen the goals to be the that he revisits financials so to not only grow his precede and annual income but also to figure out what led him to bankruptcy so he can correct it in relaunching restaurants and revamping, renew a food model so that his food costs are better and he becomes more affordable as that was a key issue, offer additional support and training to staff and provide a competitive salary so to not lose staff to competitors.
