Salesforce is an American cloud-based software company headquartered in San Francisco, California. It provides customer relationship management software and applications focused on sales, customer service, marketing automation, e-commerce, analytics, and application development. I think it is nice that Salesforce offers financial and nonfinancial rewards for their employees. Pros of working at Salesforce would be full access to cloud content, full visibility, rewards for performance, can work form home, and helping high performers find new challenges. The cons of working at Salesforce are high stress level, cannot function without internet access, California has rolling blackouts in the summer months, and San Francisco is an extremely expensive place to live and has a huge homeless problem.

Salesforce is a different way of storing and finding new ventures. It offers different rewards that deal with financial and nonfinancial incentives. With this information it allows employees to extend their skills by finding new jobs or new ways to develop their skills. Salesforce opens doors for opportunities in the community as well as charity.

Pros: The information can be accessed from anywhere. It is reliable, trusted, and popular. IT resources are not needed as much and the system is ran based on CRM systems.

Cons: Salesforce requires internet at all times no internet connection salesforce will not work properly. Their may be less control over the system due to the database. This is not a cheap platform only larger companies can utilize it. Due to how expensive the platform is and the amount of data required for the system to work.
