Write a C function multFiveEighths that take an int as input and returns an int. multFiveEighths should multiply the integer by % and round towards 0. It should mimic the C expression (x*5/8). multFiveEighths must only use the operations ! ~ & ^ | + >. range should contain 10 to 20 operations. It is possible to use fewer than 10 operations but do NOT go over 20. Examples: multFiveEighths(77) => 48 multFiveEighths(-22) =>-13 multFiveEighths( 1073741 824) => 1 3421 7728 (overflow)
