1. Consider a system comprised of 3 identical components, each component has a reliability R. These components can be organized into the following congurations: Series System. Parallel System, at least 2-outof-3 which is also known as a TMR system. a) Derive expressions for system reliability for all the three congurations in terms of R. b) Plot the reliabilities of these three systems as a function of R. Vary R 'om 0.05 to 0.99 in steps of 0.05, and plot system reliability on the yaxis and R on the x-axis. On this graph, superimpose the reliability of a single component. Please use a tool such as Excel to plot your graphs. The graphs should be complete with labeled axis, legend, etc. c) Based on this graph, compare the reliabilities of the three system congurations against the reliability of an individual component. What conclusion can you draw
