Surveys require planning, conducting, analyzing results, and reporting conclusions. The first part requires identification of the question that forms the core of the study, creation of a survey to collect data that will answer the question, and identification of the sample population. Primavera teachers have done this part for you. Math department teachers created a survey and then opened it to students who were enrolled in a math class in July 2020. The students had 72 hours to respond to this optional survey. We received 71 valid responses. CLICK HERE to download the responses you will use to complete the analysis and conclusion portions of the study. There will be five questions about the process of planning and conducting of the survey followed by a question where you will upload the final product. When you complete this assignment, you should be prepared to answer the five questions and upload the final product all at one time. The course will not save your answers to the five questions while you write the final product. For your convenience the instructions for the final product are below as well as in the assignment itself. All data can tell stories. The nature of the story depends largely on the methods used to analyze the data and how those results are shared. In this final part of the project, you will tell the story of what was learned from the survey using data to support your story and conclusions. This pulls all pieces of the process together and answers the study question. This final part of the project encourages creativity. This is not a report of what was done but is a summary of what was learned from the survey study. A good presentation tells the story clearly. This presentation can be a written report, brochure, a poster with conclusions and graphs, a slide show, or a multimedia presentation. The challenge is finding the best way to share what you learned and then use data representations to support conclusions and claims based on the results of the survey. This final product must include: Introduction with the study question and summary of steps in the study and description of sample population Details of what was learned related to at least four of the survey questions, with responses displayed using a variety of Tables Charts Graphs Measures of central tendency Conclusion with a focused answer to the study question, using numerical summaries, graphs, and/or charts to defend and support your conclusion. Action steps: What would you do next? How might you expand on this? What new questions might you ask or what new area do you want to explore based on the results? Include the survey questions and the raw data as an attachment to the report Include correct grammar and spellingQuestion 1 5 pts Based on the questionnaire provided, what is the study question?
