FACTS:

Ten year-old Ricardo Green lives at 3145 Jasper Street in City, State, with his parents Lucy and Ricky Green.Two houses away, at 3149 Jasper Street, is a vacant house owned by Ollie Absenti who rents it. A tenant was scheduled to move in on Monday, July 1, 2020.$On a nice summer day, Friday June 21, 2020, Roscoe Electrical Company broke part of the sidewalk to install a new street light.They completed the job and left the sidewalk partially broken around the new pole.They intended to return on Monday June 24, 2020, to cement it; however, they did not get around to it.

On Saturday, June 29, 2020, Ricardo was riding his scooter up and down the sidewalk.He then tripped over the missing block of concrete where Roscoe Electric Company put the pole in at 3149 Jasper Street.In the fall, Ricardo sustained injuries to his face, including a laceration requiring stitches, a permanent scar, a chipped tooth, and other cuts, scrapes and bruises. His $50 scooter and his $150 eye glasses were broken.The next day, June 30, 2020, Roscoe Electric Company repaired the sidewalk and the new tenant moved in as scheduled on July 1, 2020.

After the fall, Ricardo went to the emergency room of Hope Hospital.He later saw a dentist, plastic surgeon, eye doctor and his pediatrician. Since Roscoe Electric Company fixed the sidewalk, Lucy and Ricky Green have incurred medical bills and expenses as a result of Ricardo's treatment. They hired a lawyer to sue the responsible parties.

As you in your knowledge , A 10 year old Ricardo Green was seriously injured on June 29 , 2010, due to the accident caused by broken sidewalk that Roscoe Electrical company left without preparing after installing street light for your rental houses that was due for occupation in July 1, 2020.

Ricardo had to have emergency treatment at Hope Hospital since he sustained severe injuries to his face that had complication of open laceration that required stitches and a displaced tooth that required urgent dental surgery. Even though the accident shall leave a permanent mark, the pain experienced by the child and lost disability rejection that Ricardo shall experience and possible job discrimination in future is beyond quotation.

It was on June 29 2020, when Ricardo was riding his scooter up and down the side walk. He then tripped over the missing blocks of concrete where Roscoe Electrical Company put the pole in at 3149 Jasper Street. The Roscoe Electrical Company negligently left the sidewalk u repaired even though it was evident that the sidewalk serves the residential estate and it was foreseeable that the children could easily get accident while playing. The company had contract with you hence you are responsible as the principal of the contract.

I am witting to demand compensation for the injury-related damages that my client and his parents suffered because of your negligence. Those damages include medical bills, lost wages when Lucy and Mr Green closed their business while attending to their son, out-of-pocket expenses, and pain and suffering incured by Ricardo Green.

DAMAGES
