Please help me out I'm so lost

Using the STS Model/Worksheet to analyze Why the various individuals and organizational units behave as they do; as well as a description of What they are doing in the Slade Company/Plating Room. REMEMBER - YOU CAN'T FIX A WHAT'; ONLY A WHY'! Should any changes be made? What do you recommend? How would you introduce any changes? (HINT: Who benefits from the current situation?) Is this a 'Robust' or a 'Fragile' STS? Why?
