You are currently driving an old bare-bones car, and your GPS stopped working. Without your GPS, you have no way to determine which cardinal direction you are going. Fortunately, your passenger can direct you with a map and a compass. Write a function that simulates the passenger's role in changing or keeping your direction. The function should generate a random number from 1 to 4 which represents the cardinal direction in which you are driving. The numerical representation of each direction is at your discretion. Demonstrate this function by calling it inside of main(). Make sure to include a statement in the event that there is no change in direction
