Hi Class!

My name is Rachel! I am a busy mom of 4! I served 10 years in the Air Force and now currently work in the Aerospace industry! I have a wonderful husband, who has been a great support in my academic journey! My Cert is homeland security and counterterrorism. Hopefully one day I will work for the CIA or FBI.

This portfolio in my time at SNHU has to helped to me log and track some of my major assignments, such as finals, and some short papers. It has actually taught me as well, how to better organize some of my everyday work documents. In working in the homeland security field, you need to be able to track and record threats, terrorist activity, etc. Some of the projects I have done throughout my time in this course, have been great learning tools on how to do just that. This portfolio will allow me to go and look at work I have done, that will only help me in my everyday career. The portfolio, will also be an advantage in learning how to organize information gathered in my every day role. Best practices for organization and research! I also believe, the work I have completed on fusion centers, will be a big help to look back on in my career. I believe in completing this portfolio, it will help me on future interviews, as well as, day to day task in my career. I hope at the end of this program, my portfolio will be set up in the best use to make it work for my future career goals!
