A is injured in a hunting accident in which B wounded him in a wrongful and negligent way. A, who acted 80% negligently in respect of hos own injuries, together with B whose conduct deviated 20% from that of the dilligens paterfamilias, is left paralyzed and unable to support his young wife, C, any longer. C wishes to lodge a claim for loss of support as a result of the injury of her breadwinner, A, against B. Assess her chances of success, as well as any possible remedy that B may have if C's claim is successful (in terms of our case law and legislation).
