Personal information that we hold is protected by securing our premises; and placing passwords and varying access levels on databases to limit access and protect electronic information from unauthorised interference, access, modification and disclosure.

How you can access your personal information

On request, you may have access to your personal information held by MAT Health Clinic, except in circumstances where access may be denied under the Privacy Act or other law.
