If the number isnt recognized, the employee asks for customer info and then takes the order. Once the order is taken, employees give customers a time and cost. The system notifies the cook who prepares the pizza. When complete, the cook updates the system. The system then provides the driver with instructions. When the driver returns he updates the system and deposit the payment. Periodically, the system reports sales totals to management.
