Using Flowgorithm, design a program with decision structures that will determine if a year is a leap year (does February have 29 days) - The flowchart should do the following: - prompt the user for the input of a year - display the number of days in February for that year - The criteria to identify a leap year is: - is the year evenly divisible by 100 , if "true" it is a leap year if and only if it is also evenly divisible by 400 - if year is not evenly divisible by 100 , it is a leap year if and only if it is evenly divisible by 4 - the modulo operator determines if a number is evenly divisible, refer to flowgorithm "operators" documentation
