Question 2 - Answer ALL parts Rupert owns Ruperts Antique Gallery and requires your advice regarding the following transactions:

a) Rupert had informed Helen a 750,000 vase she was viewing was by the famous French glass designer Galle. Actually, it was a vase of another French designer worth 50,000 and this information was in a file in Ruperts car.

b) Rupert informed Sally a 5 million painting she was viewing was by the famous street artist Banksy. Rupert had bought the painting at an auction for 5,000 and was aware it was a copy.

c) Rupert informed Jessica the 5,000 restoration service the gallery offered to clients to have antiques cleaned and restored had excellent online reviews. Immediately after purchasing the service Jessica used the service to have one of her paintings cleaned but, when the painting was returned, discovered it had been damaged. Jessica then checked online and noticed over 30 highly critical reviews from clients concerning the cleaning and restoration service provided by the gallery.

d) Rupert has recently purchased an office photocopier for 7500 from Wholesale Copiers on credit from Regent Finance Limited. Rupert has fallen behind with his payments and Regent Finance Ltd are now seeking to repossess the photocopier. Rupert cannot recall receiving a copy of the agreement. Advise Rupert of any remedies that may be available to Helen, Sally, Jessica and Regent Finance Limited in light of the statements made and services provided.
