The topic l'd like to focus on for this weck is insourcing. Seen as a contrasting concept to outsourcing. it happens when businesses that have been established abroad set up offices or manufacturing facilities domestically (im the U.S. This presents great opportunities not only for businesses. but for people seekimg evployment as well. I personally aspirc to someday work in public relations and image managernent (PR would be the short term for this industry) and western politics/social awareness has become cruciv to the success of foreign companies hoping to market to a new audience. This means that if t were to work for a company that has been established in another country phe Nintendo, Chariel, or Stubarul they wovld hikely have insourced their business to the United States for convenience and ease of busimess locally, and I wouldn't have to move to another country. The book specifically states that the insourcing done here by froms from other countries creates more jobs in the U.S., as well as helping to offser the jobs being outsoureed by domestic frms from foreign ones. That being said, it also provides opportunities for people working domestically to travel abroad to reach a global macket, or for businesses from the United States to establish more ground in other countries
