Privacy has the power to seclude oneself to limit the public influence on our conduct. With the advancement of technology to internet-based data mining methods, privacy has become a relatable social problem. In the healthcare sector, health professionals are ethically responsible for protecting their client's confidentiality. According to Edemekong & Annamaraju (2018), privacy is an essential issue regarding the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance in 2020. The advancement in data storage and retrieval through cloud computing is more efficient, but there are strict requirements to secure Protected Health Information, making compliance difficult.

Dedicated medical devices like wearable biosensors may be essential for users to sharing their health data with medical staff. However, their privacy is not clear as they are manufactured by technology companies like Google or Apple that do not fully comply with HIPAA raising patient privacy issues (Edemekong & Annamaraju, 2018). In addition, the data gathered for medical purposes cannot be ascertained how it is used and shared by those companies. For example, Google has a history of involving inappropriate secret data transfer of users' medical information in Project Nightingale.

Trust is a problem for such companies that they need to provide proof of data security and overcome as IoT usage for health care reasons is becoming conventional and accessible. The issue of privacy and anonymity is something that tech providers need to take stringent checks on when handling user's data. There is a need to use the data strictly for its essential purpose and ensure maximum precautions in upholding user privacy. Health data is a sensitive case, and breaching medical records is a serious issue; hence, users must be aware of the data they share and how the company plans to use it. With the development and advancement of technology into remote health care devices, consumers must be aware of their data and how it is going. Besides the massive benefits of monitoring and care, data security and privacy should be guaranteed.

Technological developments are driving forces in transforming healthcare systems to overcome various challenges. Various challenges facing hospitals are the demand for highly accessible and affordable care, increasing cost of operation, chronic diseases, and shortage of qualified workforce. With the remote health monitoring technology, the hospital will conveniently offer treatments to patients. Using wearable devices and smartphones, patients' expectations of receiving instant treatment of their illness are guaranteed. Furthermore, patients will no longer have to visit the hospital or queue waiting for a doctor's appointment. In such a situation, traveling can be expensive specialist services, and remote health monitoring technology can be a competitive advantage. In addition, when patients use these devices to track their health helps in quicker diagnoses.

Virtual and augmented reality is essential technologies with the potential to ensure the quality of telehealth, especially in the current Covid-19 pandemic. Virtual reality enhances patient and health care professionals' visits and helps in training medical students through simulations. However, the data security of patients in most hospitals is a big challenge. A cryptocurrency is a form of blockchain technology that operates independently without the control of a centralized government. It provides real-time encryption to the ledger keeping the data secured. The technology also helps to improve patient care through transparency in all transactions. Safeguarding critical data is the top priority for the institution. Using the advanced technology of security tools like blockchain is a competitive advantage for the hospital. It is possible to bridge data, increase efficiency and improve and streamline access to client's data. Securing patients' health data minimizes chances of breaches, errors, and misuse, allowing only the authorized clinician and other concerned parties like insurance companies. Blockchain is beneficial in healthcare technology due to its interoperability as it utilizes public-private essential methods with greater integrity in the access and use of patient healthcare information.

Artificial intelligence will help the hospital to minimize human errors, improve work efficiency and enable health professionals to focus on providing optimum patient care. The ability of the AI to perform predictive analysis can help the hospital staff diagnose diseases fast and start intervention measures immediately. According to Akka (2020), the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) will collect data from connected devices and transfer the data to a clinician for analysis and decision making. This technology will help the doctor monitor the vital parameters in real-time and offer more personalized and accurate patient care. Furthermore, the technology of automated monitoring reduces the risk of inaccuracies and delays in analysis. As a result, patients using the IoT become more aware and accountable for their health progress.

To promote healthier communities locally and worldwide, our hospital is committed to improving the environment. The facility will run its operation to protect the environment and human health. To remain competitive, the hospital will time by time seek a new and advanced way to meet its eco-friendly goals through conservation, reduction, reuse, recycling programs, and joining public members to protect the environment. The hospital seeks to ensure minimal ecological damaged by handling, minimizing, and eliminating any possible use of hazardous materials. Use preventive methods to reduce undesirable environmental effects. Conserve and improve the energy efficiency of the hospital's operations and ensure the use of safe, cost-effective, and sustainable resources of energy. Ensure that health workers' health and well-being by encouraging safe work practices, minimizing their exposure, use of safety equipment, implementing operative and responsive programs in case of emergency, and providing adequate training and education to employees on safety and environmental information for proper work deck provides at respecting the hospital's principles. It is regularly monitoring and evaluating organizations' practices concerning ecological principles.
