Within the DEVCOM Armaments Center, necessary calculations were performed in assessing developing countermeasures and flares in military aircraft, provided by the assistance of various APO staff members. Planning and execution have been carefully implemented in abundant quantities within the development phases in the company of my colleagues and I. At first, planning was at a gradual, yet steadily pace within my colleagues and I due to further information being dispensed, causing small disruptions and hesitated actions. Nonetheless, this issue has been greatly reduced with appropriate and proper planning based on learning from past miscalculations and eventually rectifying them, which is further used to compare current and previous data.
