Memo: Calculate the minimum cost point for this project. Show your cost calculations week by week in a table. Indicate the resulting minimum weeks and minimum cost. The indirect cost for the project is R 4000 per week. All times indicated are in weeks. The normal conditions duration is 15 weeks and normal cost is R45 500+R60000=R 105500 (2 marks for duration, 1 mark for cost) Only mark from week 14 to 10 , week 9 and further was not necessary to do. - 1 mark per set of crashed activity(ies) cost 5 marks - 1 mark per related incremental crashed cost 5 marks - 1 mark for direct costs correct over all weeks =1 mark - 1 mark for all indirect and total cost accurate 1 mark Minimum cost = R 98250 in duration of 11 weeks 2 marks if both correct)
