They have different salaries bused on what they have negotiated with Marwan. This store is the only one of iss ind in the city. its annual sales figures have shown 16% growth each year. Marwan has a lot invested in the store, and he works very hard to make sure the store corttnues to maincain its reputation and pactern of goweh. He woris 50 hours a weok as the store, where he wears many hacs, including those of buyer, scheduler, trainer, planner, and salesperson. There is never a moment when Marwan is not doing someching. He even eats his lunch standing up. Employees' reactions to Marwan are strong and varied. Some people like his style and others do not. Those who the his style recerve a high salary compared to other employees. Most of them are senior employees. They generaly talk about how organized and efficient the store is when he is in charge. Marwan makes the tasks and goals for everyone very clear. He kecps cverycne busy; when they go home at night, they feel as if they have accomplahed something.
