He uses the cash method and has a crew of 10 employees but no investors. The following information pertains to A1 Roofing: Print-out forms and schedules. Revenues $125,000 COGS $50,000 Advertising $500 Equipment rental $6,500 Insurance $5,000 He also had self-employment tax of $7500. Melody teaches yoga and tai chi at a local fitness center.
