The assessment will focus on various aspects of the guest journey, from pre-arrival to departure, and the facilities and services offered by the property. In the introduction, make sure to specify the place of business and location that you are working with.
Step 1: Background ResearchStart by conducting in-depth research on the property in question. Explore itswebsite,guest reviews, social media presence, and any other available resources. Get familiar with the property's branding, target audience, and its unique selling points. Analyze its current guest experience approach, and services offered.

Step 4: Recommendations Based on your analysis, develop a set of actionable recommendations to enhance the guest experience. Organize your recommendations into short-term and long-term solutions, considering factors like feasibility, and impact. Bottom line: where are the gaps in actual performance vs. what training may be able to fix to achieve ideal performance? What specific position will you build your training plan for?
