Situation 1:

A customer contacts us asking why he didn't receive his order.He wants to know the transports company name and the delivery date. He provided us with the order number and after checking the information we see that the order is in the warehouse ready to be sent. It should be delivered today.

A customer that placed an order 3 days ago sends us an email asking why he didn't receive it yet. He provides us with the order number and we see in the transports company web site that the order has been delivered yesterday.
