Plz write a code only using MATLAB
and meet the conditions in the problem.

Nested loops to find minimum value in an array.
Write a MATLAB program called findMinValue.m that does the following:
Create an array of size (nRows x nColumns) of randomly generated integers between 1 and nMax. (These should not be obtained from the user using input commands but should be parameters that you defined.)
Using nested FOR loops, find the minimum value of the array. If there are multiple positions that share the lowest value, you only need to display one of the positions (you may choose which).
Display the minimum value and its position in the array (row and column indices). The output should look (exactly) like this, with appropriate numbers:
Generated a (20 x 20) matrix of integers between 1 and 400. Minimum value in the matrix was 5, which occurred at position (14, 3).
You may use the MIN command to compare to your answer but you should not use MIN in your nested FOR loops to find the minimum value. For the code that you turn in, use nRows = 20, nColumns = 20, and nMax = 400. Your final code should NOT display the array in the command window.
