Powerpoint is a resource that we used a lot in school for presentations, other then that we do not use it very often. However at work each week we give a presentation to our district manager showing different information that we pull from variouse reports to show how your branch is doing. Using powerpoint for this is nice because it allows us to present the information to him in a quick and professional mannor. We are also able to enbed links where we can click them and go right into the report that was got the information from so that there are no questions about it$.$ Powerpoint also lets me add in charts and photos so that I can show how we have been progressing along.
