Prepare PMO Readiness Playbook: Templates Progress Report for projects and Programs, KPIs and CSF charts, Budget Reporting, Process for escalation/decisions The templates will be used for our Executive presentations: crisp, simple outline, data to back up assertions These reporting tools and templates should be easy to use: focus on content rather than form Deliverables: editable versions of the Data Science Building Program-specific templates (revised as needed) which will be added to the Course Resources The format for each template: ppt (any required "source" format is up to you).
