Produce a short report (individually) on your observances taken from the interaction with our guest speakers. The report should include an analysis of the views of our guests and a summation of your emerging thinking as a result of these conversations. Your paper should be between 500 - 600 words. Components of this report should include but not be limited to answering questions such as: What skills, talents and experiences are needed to become a successful Event Leader? What do you believe are the greatest challenges facing Event Leaders in the next ten years? Is there a future for me in the Sports and Festivals Events Industry?
