At the beginning all LEDs are off. Also, display the number of times that PA0 is pressed on the LEDs connected to upper half of PORTE . Add program heading to your program (Your name, date submitted course number, description of the project in your ow words-not the given description, description of ever functin or major part of the program), how he program can be used by a user, and include meaningful comments for instructions or actions and the functions used as necessary.
