Project 7: Start a Franchise (Tim Hortons^®) 

Tim Hortons is a fast-chain food restaurant that serves freshly brewed coffee, donuts, and home-style sandwiches. Tim Hortons is growing rapidly and have a brand name which makes it special.

Although Tim Hortons has fierce competition from a variety of quick service eateries in Vancouver's west end, competition along the Granville street is comparatively modest, according to marketing study. The franchise has a competitive advantage due to the lack of specialty coffee shops in the area. Tim Hortons' strong brand equity, specialized coffee blends, reasonable prices, and location are all critical success factors for the new Tim Hortons (Hortons, 2021). 

You have been assigned as the project manager of creating a franchise in Vancouver West. Research the requirements for the project by visiting Tim Hortons website. 

Identify all possible cost associated with creating a drive-thru store in Vancouver West.
