Assist with managing the health and safety compliance oftwo contractors.

Each contractor should provide a different service.

Services may include anything that you require a third party to assist you with. This includes bust is not limited to - Electricians, Plumbers, Builders, Computer Technicians, Pickers, Packers, Professional Services, etc.

Submit a report for each contractor discussing:

• The contractors scope of work.
• How you helped manage contractor health and safety.
• What policies or procedures relate to that contractors task.
• Any induction information that you provided to contractors.
• Evidence of the relevant work inspections you participated in. This may include but is not limited to completed checklists or reports. If you don't have a checklist or report, please write a sample document.
• Minutes of meetings with the contractor.
• Records of performance assessments conducted.
• Any communications with the contractor to inform them of the need to rectify non-compliances. If rectification was not required, how would you go about informing them of a non compliance if one should occur?
