The office will deploy single digital identity access via facial recognition, QR code scanning or electronic access cards, and the use of a mobile app for users to book amenities. The hotel will feature mobile keys, self-check-in kiosks and service robots that perform concierge tasks. In addition, the project deploys a cloud-based intelligent building platform to optimise the energy and space usage data for efficiency to meet the BCA "Green Mark Platinum" standard.

You are the procurement manager working at the developer's office.
