It's been great getting to know you, working with you this semester, and watching you grow and learn how to interact professionally. I sincerely hope that you feel like you have achieved your goals you set out for this class. As you are working on your final project assignment, I want you to get the highest possible grade for this exam - read my suggestion at the end to achieve that.

For your Fin al Ex am Assignment, please submit the following, by 6/11, 11:59pm:

1. Powerpoint presentation of your case study
   • Use the power point presentation that you created for your mid-term and incorporate all the feedback you have received from myself
   • The presentation should look professional as if you were presenting it in front of your stakeholders - not a draft, but a final version that you'd be proud of when presenting to your sponsor and stakeholders
   • The presentation should include at minimum the following parts
     1. Project Summary Report
     2. Project Charter details (organized in a professional and easy to understand way)
     3. Project Scope Statement
     4. Project Schedule
     5. Project Budget
     6. Project Risk Management Plan
     7. RACI / Stakeholder management plan
     8. Communication Plan
     9. Your reflection on how this class helped you achieve your goals you set out for it at the beginning of the semester.

At the end you will have not only the great quality work that deserves the highest grades, but also a set of real professional PM templates that you can use for your real life project and feel confident in modifying them to help your project and your teams succeed.
