PROJECT TITLE: Alphabet Q

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: with an alphabet Q in $2$D$,$ write the output of the alphabet Q and make it rotate in $360$ degrees clockwise.

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS: use either Java or C$++$ to perform the task and present the completed work at the presentation session by executing$/$running the program$/$code$.$
